I’ve realized that some of the best ideas don’t arrive when I’m sitting at my desk.
They show up while walking my dog, driving down a country road, or simply sitting quietly with a cup of coffee.
Sometimes the best thing you can do for a problem…is stop chasing it for a little while.

You become more interested in connecting with people, I’ve found that the best conversations usually begin with someone simply asking,

…and actually meaning it.

Someone asked me a question once:
What makes a good voice over?
A good voice-over isn’t about drawing attention to the narrator.
It’s about making your audience feel
comfortable enough to keep listening.
If they remember the message more
than the voice, we’ve done our job.
It’ll sneak up on you if you’re not paying attention!
Progress isn’t always measured by giant leaps.
For me it’s simply showing up consistently—even on the days I don’t feel like being present.
Those small steps have a way of adding up.
Get The Message!
One thing about voice-over that’s always true, is helping
someone else’s message land the way they intended.
When the script sounds natural,
the audience isn’t thinking about the voice.
They’re connecting with the message.
That’s always the goal.
