Some of the best conversations I’ve
had lately started because I was
genuinely curious—not because I had all the answers.
That got me wondering if the same
is true in life and business. We spend
a lot of time trying to come up with the
right answer, but sometimes the better
place to start is with the right question.
Looking back, I can think of a few questions
that completely changed the direction of my career.
